Yes, we will tie tzitzith on any garment purchased from us in either
Nusach Ashkenazi or Nusach Sephardi style.

Are your garments inspected by a Rabbi?

No, but our garments are all acceptable within Rabbinical standards and you
are welcome to have your Rabbi contact us with any questions.

Can I get my garment in a different color or fabric than is shown in the pictures?

Yes, we offer several beautiful fabrics and colors of embroidery for you to choose from.
If you don’t see what you are looking for please contact us to see if we can arrange to
special order it for you.

Can I have anything I want embroidered on my garment?

Yes, within limits. We offer 4 standard atara styles and 4 garment corner styles at
no extra charge. Or we can help you design a totally custom embroidered garment
unique to your own tastes.

No, all of our garments are made to order and must be paid for in advance.

Is it safe to send my credit or debit card information through your website?

Yes, all of your payment and credit card transactions are encrypted and go through

All sales are final on custom embroidered garments and cancellations are not
accepted. Please make sure you are ready to place your order before submitting it.

We will repair or replace only defective garments or those that are damaged

How long will it take for my garment to be made?

Our policy is to ship within 2-3 weeks from the date of your order, depending on the
complexity of the custom embroidery you order. Be aware that the holy day seasons
are busier times than normal and may cause delays in normal ship times.

No. All of our garments are delicate handmade custom creations and should be
handwashed in Woolite and cold water.

Are women allowed to wear tzitzith?

While the commandment specifically says it is for the “sons of Israel”, this term
is universally understood to apply to all Israelites – both men and women.
Opinions differ on this subject. However, nearly all of the most ancient sources
include women in the keeping of this mitzvah.
