        5-step implementing method is the way to carry out Techgine softwares.

        5-step implementing method divides Techgine’s software product project implementation into five steps. For each implementing step, it defines the phase milestone. Each implementing phase requires the clear definition of the tasks, and the detailed and clear requirements of working rules, responsible person, assessment standard, resource duration and cost limitation for all the tasks. This ensures the implementation done orderly towards the right direction. The 5 specific implementing steps are defined as follows:

      Step 1: Project Planning

        This stage is the necessary preparation and publicity work for the projection start, and the establishment of project organization, jobs, job responsibility, project quality assurance, and many systems such as censorship system, job reporting system, conference system, issue management system. The qualified project manager is chosen by both parties, the project implementation team is co-founded,; the entire project implementation plan is planned, and the project start is actively promoted and organized, in this stage.
