        5-step implementing method is the way to carry out Techgine softwares.

        After the long-term software project implementation, Techgine technicians summarize the operating policy and plan in all circumstances according to the project specific implementing situation and the enterprise managing status. It includes a serious of rules and norms of the implementing work , such as project organization, project scope goals, project management and quality assurance, implementing rules, business analysis, application system establishment, enterprise business transfer strategy, user training strategy, software line-up running, and strategy continuous improvement. We have formed a set of software product implementing methodology which suits for most enterprises, that is called 5-step implementing method.

        5-step implementing method divides Techgine’s software product project implementation into five steps. For each implementing step, it defines the phase milestone. The achievement of each milestone means the project will enter into a new implementing stage. Each implementing phase requires the clear definition of the tasks, and the detailed and clear requirements of working rules, responsible person, assessment standard, resource duration and cost limitation for all the tasks. This ensures the implementation done orderly towards the right direction. The 5 specific implementing steps are defined as follows:

      Step 1: Project Planning

        This stage is the necessary preparation and publicity work for the projection start, and the establishment of project organization, jobs, job responsibility, project quality assurance, and many systems such as censorship system, job reporting system, conference system, issue management system. The qualified project manager is chosen by both parties, the project implementation team is co-founded,; the entire project implementation plan is planned, and the project start is actively promoted and organized, in this stage. The purpose is to let the customer’s senior staff even the whole employees have a clear understand of the project implementing process and the methods, then working together to push on the project process.

      Step 2: Business Analysis

        This phase indicates the substantial period of the project implementation, and mainly focuses on the investigation and analysis of the specific business. These four support processes work through the entire life cycle of the Techgine software project implementation, which is defined as follows:

      1. Project Management :

        Project management is the basic working support process of the method. This process emphasizes the necessity and importance of the project plan, control, follow and communication. For each implementing activity of Techgine software projects, the method requires to establish the project management regulations and rules, such as detailed project plan, project control, project communication, project management, to ensure the target realization by importing scientific project management technology and tools.

      2. Quality Control :

        The method makes the quality control as one of the overall project implementing support processes. The quality control requires the important quality assurance work such as quality assurance planning, control, audit, of each implementing step during the project implementing lift cycle.

      3. Risk Management :
